The Russian State Duma wants to ban the exchange of Ukrainian servicemen who held positions at Azovstal. The speaker of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin instructed the Defense Committee to prepare a protocol order to prohibit the exchange of military regiment "Azov".

The proposal was made by deputy Anatoly Wasserman. He added that the exchange should also not be subject to the military with "Nazi" tattoos.

"Nazi criminals should not be subject to exchange. These are war criminals and we must do everything to ensure that they are brought to justice," Volodin said.
