No one has caused as much pain to the residents of Donbas as Russia, according to Mikhail Podolyak, advisor to the head of the Office of the President.
"In 2019, 27 civilians were killed in Donbas. In 2020 - 8. In 2021, 15. In the two months since the start of a full-scale war, the number of dead in Mariupol alone has reached tens of thousands. No one has inflicted as much pain on the people of Donbas as Russia has since 2014 and especially today," he tweeted Monday.
