Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has called on international partners to decide on the security guarantees which they can provide to the Ukrainian state. The politician said about it in his Twitter.
"Ukraine gave up nuclear weapons for the sake of world peace. Then we knocked on NATO's doors, but they never opened. The security vacuum led to Russian aggression. The world owes security to Ukraine, and we ask states to decide what security guarantees they are willing to provide," Kuleba wrote.
