European Council President Charles Michel visited Borodyanka in the Kyiv region, which has been liberated from the Russian occupiers. He said that Russia's war crimes will not be forgotten. Michel said this on Twitter.
"In Borodyanka. Like Bucha and many other cities in Ukraine. History will not forget the war crimes that were committed. There can be no peace without justice," said the head of the European Council.
