Russia has launched a plan to carry out terrorist attacks on its own territory in order to fuel anti-Ukrainian hysteria. This was reported by the Center for Counteracting Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council.
Thus, as of April 14, there had already been several "terrorist attacks" on the Russian border checkpoints, in which the Russian leadership accuses Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance groups.
It is noted that the Russian media reported, citing the governor of the Kursk Region, that on April 13, the Russian border guard unit in Korenevsky District was fired upon allegedly from a forest belt on Ukrainian territory.
In addition, the Russian Federal Security Service reported that a border checkpoint in the Bryansk region was allegedly fired upon by Ukraine.
