"Our main goal is an embargo on Russian energy resources," he added.
Yermak noted that the oil embargo includes a complete ban on the purchase of Russian energy resources. However, he said, there is another option.

It provides for the continuation of supplies of Russian energy resources, but the Russian budget will not receive money for them.
