Oleksiy Arestovich, advisor to the head of the Office of the President, spoke at a briefing about the situation with the Russian invasion.
He noted that 2.5 out of the 9 operational directions the enemy initially attacked remained: the JFO zone, Luhansk region, and Mariupol. In the Kherson region the enemy is on the defensive.
The air forces of Ukraine shot down several planes, helicopters, cruise missiles during the day.
Also Oleksiy arrested that the enemy is afraid to use combat aviation, as it was at the beginning of the war. He concentrated aviation mainly in the JFO zone, because in other territories it is confidently shot down by the Ukrainian air force.
The advisor to the head of the Office of the President also noted that the political and military leadership of Ukraine provides all possible assistance to the defenders and residents of Mariupol.
