President of the European Council Charles Michel launched the hashtag "Buchan massacre" and announced new sanctions against Russia. He said this on his Twitter.
"Shocked by images of Russian army atrocities in the liberated Kyiv region #Buchanskamassacre. The EU is helping Ukraine and non-governmental organizations to gather the necessary evidence to prosecute in international courts," he wrote.

The President of the European Union also announced a new package of powerful sanctions against Russia.
We would like to add that the British Foreign Secretary Liz Truss also stated that the country is collecting evidence for the International Criminal Court regarding the abuse of civilians in Bucha and other cities of Ukraine.
