Israeli Ambassador to Ukraine Mikhail Brodsky admitted that the Russians committed war crimes in the temporarily occupied territories.
"I am deeply shocked by the photos from Bucha. The killing of civilians is a war crime and cannot be justified," he wrote on Twitter.

In early April, Russian troops withdrew from the north of the Kiev region, leaving behind the destroyed and looted suburbs of Kiev.
In the town of Bucha, liberated from the invaders, the bodies of dozens of dead civilians were found lying in the street. Some of the men had been shot with their hands tied. Others died after being blown up by mines planted by the occupiers.
Recall that on March 20, President Vladimir Zelensky gave a speech in the Knesset during which he drew parallels between the Holocaust and Russia's actions in Ukraine.
Many Israeli politicians did not like this comparison.
