All the deputies of the Odesa city council elected on the list of the Opposition Platform - For Life have left the faction and created two new groups.

The faction OPFL in the Odesa City Council ceased to exist. This happened after 10 deputies left its ranks.

Vitaly Sautenkov, Roman Senik, Viktor Baransky, Igor Batrakov, Ivan Demchenko, Alexander Edelman, Alexei Yeremitsa, Vladimir Kornienko, Sergey Uzunov and Dina Yatsenko created the deputy group "For life and peace". Earlier, the remaining 5 OPFL deputies created the "Ukrainian Dream" group.

In local elections in November 2020, the "Opposition Platform - For Life" won 23.66% of the votes during the campaign for the Odesa City Council. The party's nominee Nikolai Skoryk lost the second round of the mayoral election to Gennady Trukhanov.
