The head of the Russian delegation to the negotiations with Ukraine, Vladimir Medinskiy, said that de-escalation in the Kiev and Chernihiv directions does not mean a cease-fire. This is reported by rossmedia.
"We have also formulated, on our part, two big reciprocal steps. The first concerns the gradual military de-escalation in two directions: in the Kiev and Chernihiv directions. This is not a ceasefire, but it is our desire to gradually come to a de-escalation of the conflict at least in these directions," Medinsky said.
