U.S. President Joe Biden said that Russia is now facing the most severe punitive sanctions in world history. At the same time, new ones will be imposed on them. He said this during a visit to the Polish city of Rzeszow.
"I think it was a surprise to many people how we came out together. These are the heaviest punitive sanctions in world history. And new ones will follow," Biden said.
