Investigators of the Hague Tribunal are already in Ukraine, collecting evidence against Russia - Zelensky

Karim Khan, chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in The Hague, and the International Criminal Court investigation team arrived in Ukraine to collect evidence of war crimes by the Russian Federation.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said this in a video address on March 16.

"We will intensify the work to bring the occupiers to justice. There should be an international tribunal - and there will be one. For everything they have done against Ukraine, against our people, for every act of terrorism by Russian troops on the territory of our state. The Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine, law enforcement agencies have already started this work.

It is also important that the investigation group of the International Criminal Court starts its work in Ukraine, which together with our law enforcement officers already collects all the evidence, already collects the facts of war crimes of the invaders on the territory of our state. So that they get a legal, legal and concrete answer.

I spoke today with Karim Khan, the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in The Hague. He is already in Ukraine, has already started working. That is why the occupiers will be held responsible for all war crimes against Ukrainians", Zelensky said.
