European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen briefed Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on the 4th package of sanctions against Russia.
"Putin's war is getting more brutal every day. I just informed President Zelensky about the 4th package of sanctions. The EU is with the Ukrainian people. We are supporting them with a 1.2 billion euro macrofinancial aid package and 500 million euro humanitarian aid," von der Leyen wrote on Twitter on Monday.
