"The enemy intimidates the local population, conducting information and psychological actions in order to undermine the confidence of the population in the representatives of the state authorities and local communities, spreads misinformation and constantly takes the local population hostage.
Thus, today, March 13, at 8:30 a.m., the military of the Russian Federation took captive the mayor of Dneprorudnoye in Vasilievsky district of Zaporizhzhia region," the message in the Telegram channel of the head of the regional state administration said.
