Minister of Education and Science Sergei Shkarlet says that from Monday, March 14, the educational process must begin in at least 14 regions.
"The educational process must begin on Monday in at least 14 oblasts. The rest of the regions, according to consultations with the military administrations, are deciding how to proceed with the educational process," Scarlet said in his video message Friday afternoon.
The minister recalled that depending on the situation in a particular region, the ministry recommends either suspending the educational process or implementing it in a distance or mixed format.
