U.S. President Joe Biden signed an executive order prohibiting the sale or other delivery of dollar bills to Russia, according to a White House statement.
Specifically, the order prohibits "the export, re-export, sale or delivery, directly or indirectly, from the United States or by U.S. persons, wherever they may be, of dollar bills to the leadership of the Russian Federation or to any person located in the Russian Federation.
