After Russia shelled Vinnitsa, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba called on the world to provide Ukraine with air and missile defenses and combat aviation.
"Eight Russian cruise missiles struck Vinnitsa, a major city far from the front line. Putin continues his cowardly and barbaric missile strikes, bombing civilians from the air. Help us close the skies and save lives! Provide air and missile defenses and combat aviation! Stop Russian terrorism!" - Kuleba wrote on Twitter on Sunday.
