Russia is dropping cluster bombs and other types of banned weapons on the territory of Ukraine. This was stated by NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.
"We have seen the use of cluster bombs, and we have seen reports of the use of other types of weapons that would be contrary to international law," he told reporters in Brussels.
