The price of not closing the sky for flights over Ukraine was a million refugees from the country and the destruction of the historical centers of Ukrainian cities.

The advisor to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Mikhail Podolyak wrote about it in Twitter.

"About a million refugees in 7 days of war and the total destruction of the historical centers of major Ukrainian cities. This is the price of the still not closed skies over Ukraine," Podolyak wrote.
