The North Atlantic Alliance plans to continue supporting Ukraine, including with weapons.

NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said this at a news conference in Brussels, the European Pravda news agency has reported.

The alliance secretary-general recalled that even before Russia's large-scale invasion, NATO member states had provided the Ukrainian military with the weapons it needed to defend against Russian aggression. According to him, this support continues even now. Stoltenberg did not give details, but it is known that a convoy of trucks with ammunition arrived in Ukraine from Poland on Friday.

"Allies, NATO members continue to help Ukraine. And today at the summit they briefed on the types of weapons they have provided, including air defense systems. That is, the allies have supplied and continue to supply various weapons to Ukraine," Stoltenberg said.

He did not provide details, however, and noted that assistance would depend on developments in Ukraine. "We understand that in this situation it is difficult to predict what the possibilities of assistance will be, but we are determined not to continue support," the secretary general said.
