The main building of the North Crimean Canal and Kakhovka HPP were seized by the occupants on the territory of Kherson region. About this writes "Public" with reference to the mayor of Tavrichesky Nikolai Rizak.
"And not only the main construction of the North Crimean canal, but also the tricolor hung on the Kakhovskaya HPP. I personally saw it myself, the ridge, the tanks at the hydroelectric power plant. Tanks and APCs came and hung the flag," says Rizak.
