"The main strikes were carried out at 05:00 on military infrastructure, airfields, resource depots and military control centers. According to our preliminary estimates, the data are being clarified, the first strike failed. There are losses, but they are insignificant and have not reduced the combat effectiveness of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other security agencies," he said.
According to him, in some directions, the Russian army has cut into the territory of Ukraine.
"According to preliminary data, there is a slight encroachment of the enemy at a distance of up to 5 km, observed in the north of the Kharkiv region, Chernihiv region closer to Sumy and data that requires verification, possibly in the Volyn direction. But there, according to the information that came, reflected the advance", - added Arestovich.

In addition, today the Ukrainian military recaptured the town of Schastye in the Luhansk region, which Russian forces were trying to seize.
