The Parliamentary Committee on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy supported the finalized draft law No. 7038-d on increasing the gas rent. Golos MP and first deputy chairman of the committee Yaroslav Zheleznyak said this on Wednesday.
"The Tax Committee passed the finalized bill 7038-d about increasing the gas rent," Zheleznyak wrote in his Telegram channel.
He said the Finance Ministry says it is expected to add 30.6 billion for the army. Another 87.7 billion from Naftogaz, but they will go to him as part of the special obligations.

He also noted that the Cabinet "sees" that 5 billion UAH will go to "єPidtrimka" (or "єBabusya"). " But this is already to the budget committee," - wrote Zheleznyak.
Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy Daniel Getmantsev registered earlier a bill to increase the tax on the production of Ukrainian natural gas (rent) in three times - from 14-29% to 54-69%, depending on the well.
