On Tuesday, February 22, the Verkhovna Rada will consider bills № 5708, 5708-1 on legalization of civilian firearms. This is stated in the parliamentary agenda.
First deputies will consider the bills in the first reading № 6454, 6454-1, 6454-d on compliance with a reasonable time of criminal proceedings, № 6416 on the procurement of medicines, medical devices and ancillary products to them by a person authorized to procurement in health care and specialized organizations involved in the procurement and № 5801 on certain issues of property management for the needs of the Armed Forces.
In the second reading is the draft law No. 5323 on the introduction of a three-tier system of strategic planning for regional development, and for inclusion and decision - № 6559 on amendments to Article 7 of the law "On Banks and Banking.
Also, the parliamentarians will consider in the first reading the draft laws No. 5108 on state statistical activity, No. 5610 on exemption from value added taxation of operations of transplantation of anatomic materials, and No. 6320 on simplification of the presentation of information necessary for financial monitoring.
