During the protests of "FOPs" under the walls of the Verkhovna Rada clashes between protesters and law enforcers began, reports UNN.
Near the Verkhovna Rada, law enforcers are trying to unblock the traffic on the roadway, so they began to push people away. As a result, there were clashes between law enforcement officials and protesters. Green paper and eggs were used.
People protest against the introduction of cash registers (CRR, PRR) for individuals - entrepreneurs of the second-fourth groups of the simplified taxation system.
It should be noted that since January 1, 2022 cash registers for sole proprietors ("FOPs") of some groups became mandatory.
The representatives of the "FOPs" planned a protest in front of the VR because of such rules on the use of cash registers. On January 25, the VR gathered for its first plenary session after a long winter break. On the same day, the protesters of the "FOPs" tried to break through to the Verkhovna Rada. Then clashes broke out.
After that, the Verkhovna Rada began to talk about the development of a new bill to resolve the controversial issue. In the new bill with the removal of penalties from the FLP for the failure to install cash registers (CRF) proposed not to fine until February, and then by the end of the year under certain conditions to reduce the amount of the penalty. The vote in the Verkhovna Rada should have been held on February, 1. However, the question was withdrawn due to "politicization", said the chairman of the Verkhovna Rada.
