February 16 to become the Day of Unity: Zelensky addressed to Ukrainians

President Volodymyr Zelensky issued a decree on the creation of a state holiday called Unity Day. It will be celebrated annually on February 16.

"We are told that February 16 will be a day of attack. We will make it Unity Day. The corresponding decree has already been signed. On this day we will hang our national flags, wear blue and yellow ribbons and show the whole world our unity," Zelensky said.

Earlier, various foreign mass media quoted its own sources as saying that Russia might commit a new act of aggression against Ukraine as early as February 16. At the same time, National Security and Defence Council Secretary Oleksiy Danilov said that Ukraine did not see any risks of a full-scale Russian invasion in the next few days.
