The speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Ruslan Stefanchuk assessed the possibility of introducing a "special period" in Ukraine. According to him, there is a plan of action.

According to him, the Rada is ready for the development of events that are defined by law.
"We are talking about those cases in which Ukraine can be introduced a "special period". Of course, there is a plan," he noted.
Stefanchuk believes that it is necessary to return to the discussions on the issue of online voting.
"This is already the practice of all the parliaments of the world today, except Ukraine. It is necessary to make a fuse, so that the legislative body does not stop its work in any case", - said the speaker of the Rada.
