All Ukrainian regions have moved into the "yellow" quarantine zone. The situation with coronavirus in Ukraine has stabilized.
This is reported by the website of the Ministry of Health.
In all regions, coronavirus transmission rates are normal. Only Donetsk and Chernihiv regions have a slightly higher rate of detection of new cases.
At the same time, COVID indicators in Kherson region correspond to the "green" zone. However, as explained in the Kyiv School of Economics, one region cannot move into this zone, all regions must have such indicators. That is, the transition to the "green" zone is possible only if all regions go there.
Limitations of the "yellow" zone
New rules apply to regions that have moved into the "yellow" quarantine zone. They apply mainly to unvaccinated citizens.
In the "yellow" quarantine zone is prohibited:

These restrictions do not apply if visitors and employees of institutions have a "yellow" or "green" certificate of vaccination, an international certificate of vaccination, a foreign COVID certificate, a negative PCR test result or a certificate of recovery from COVID-19.
