Starting from December 15, Vinnytsia and Khmelnytsky region will be moved into the "yellow" quarantine zone, which is imposed because of the spread of coronavirus infection. This was announced on Monday by Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers Oleg Nemchinov after a meeting of the State Commission on TES and Emergencies, writes UNN.
"As a result, the State Commission decided to establish a "yellow" level of epidemic danger in Vinnytsia and Khmelnytsky regions since 00:00 hours on December 15, 2021," - wrote the minister.
He recalled that new quarantine rules came into effect in Ukraine on December 6. Now only those who have received at least one dose of vaccination against COVID-19 and have the appropriate document - a "yellow" COVID certificate or certificate 063/o can visit public institutions at the yellow level of epidemic danger.
Employees in restaurants, hotels, and gyms need at least one COVID-19 vaccination to serve visitors and customers. At the same time, a negative test, valid for 72 hours, or an alternative document, the COVID certificate of convalescence, can also be used to visit public establishments.
"Thus, at the yellow level of epidemiological safety public establishments will not be able to serve customers, as well as to admit those who do not have one of these documents", - added the Minister.
It should be noted that in the "red" zone are 10 regions - Zaporizhzhya, Sumy, Nikolaev, Zhitomir, Kiev, Khmelnytsky, Chernigov, Volyn, Cherkassy, Vinnytsia regions. And from December 15, there will be eight left.
It should be noted that last week Kiev and eight regions of Ukraine came out of the "red" quarantine zone imposed due to the spread of coronavirus infection.
