If Ukraine violates the state border of Belarus, the Belarusian border guards will act very tough. This was stated by the official representative of Mazyr border detachment, Sergei Pavlov, BelTA informs.
"In case of any further violations of the state border, the Belarusian border guards will act very tough," said Pavlov.
We shall remind you that on December 4, the State Border Committee of Belarus reported that a Ukrainian military helicopter Mi-8 had allegedly violated the border near the checkpoint "Novaya Rudnya" during the exercise. The Committee specified that the helicopter crossed the border at an altitude of 100 meters, flying up to 1 km into the territory of Belarus.
The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine stated that there had been no violation of the border.
The next day, the Belarusian Defense Ministry summoned a military attaché to the Ukrainian embassy to the Department for International Military Cooperation and handed him a note of protest over the violation of the state border in the area of "Novaya Rudnya".
