Today, on December 1, President Volodymyr Zelensky will deliver his annual address to the Verkhovna Rada. Among the topics of the traditional address to parliamentarians is the situation in the entire country and the status of Ukraine in the international arena.

"I want the word "Ukraine" to be next to the word not "lockdown" but  I will speak about it - for the first time - today," the President of Ukraine said at the beginning of his address to the deputies and representatives of masses.
