At an extraordinary session of the Rada, the voting system caught fire

At an extraordinary meeting of the Verkhovna Rada the voting console caught fire. The fire was promptly extinguished.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the Telegram-channels of MPs Oleksandr Kachura and Yaroslav Zheleznyak.

According to Kachura, the voting console of MP Artem Nagayevsky began to smoke and melt. His colleague Yegor Chernev quickly put it out with a fire extinguisher.

Because of the fire with the remote control and low turnout, the extraordinary meeting on financial issues was closed early.
