Santa Fe District Attorney Mary Carmack-Altvis said additional live ammunition was found on the set of the movie "Rust" after Alec Baldwin accidentally killed cameraman Galina Hutchins, and said investigators know who loaded the revolver, the Daily Mail reported.

"I know who loaded the weapon," the prosecutor stressed, but would not name names as the investigation continues.

The investigation is now looking into how the live ammunition ended up in the hands of the crew members in the first place.

"We still don't know how they got on the set. I think that's going to be one of the most important factors in making a further decision. It's probably more important to focus on what led to the shooting, because at the time of the shooting, we know that at least Mr. Baldwin didn't know the gun was loaded, so it's more important how it was loaded and whether it was criminal negligence," the prosecutor stressed.

She also refuted claims made by an attorney for the film's gunsmith, who suggested that the colt may have been intentionally loaded with live ammunition.

Recall that Hollywood actor Alec Baldwin shot and killed a Ukrainian cameraman right on the set and wounded the director.
