Ukraine has already recorded 3.08 million cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19, an increase of 13,000 per day, November 7. This figure - a decrease in numbers - is traditional for the weekend.
There were 790 children and 145 health workers among the ill people during the day.
Thus, 3.5 thousand people were hospitalized per day, which is also less than the day before. This is reported by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
"During the day on November 7, 13,068 new confirmed cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19 were recorded in Ukraine," the Ministry of Health reported.
Also over the past 24 hours:
- hospitalized - 3,532 persons;
- fatal cases - 473;
- 8,200 people recovered.
During the entire pandemic in Ukraine:
- 3,088,501 persons fell ill;
- 2 520 956 persons recovered;
- lethal cases - 72 557;
- PCR tests were conducted - 14,876,584.
During the last day, the largest number of confirmed cases was registered in Odessa (1558), Kharkiv (1179), Dnipropetrovsk (1032), Lviv (827) and Nikolaev (812) regions.
The Ministry of Health also notes that at present, a full course of vaccination against coronavirus disease COVID-19 has been given to over 7.9 million people in Ukraine since late February. At the same time, a total of 19.3 million were vaccinated, of which in the last 24 hours - a decrease to 85 thousand, most were done by the first dose.
"During the day on November 7, 85,083 people were vaccinated against COVID-19 in Ukraine. One dose was given to 51,603 people, 33,480 people were fully immunized," the Ministry of Health reported.
Already eight million Ukrainians have generated their COVID certificates, the Ministry said: "As of now 8.1 million certificates have been generated. 2.8 million of them are "yellow," about one dose of vaccine."
As of Monday morning, more than 250 million people worldwide had contracted the COVID-19 coronavirus disease.
The countries with the highest coronavirus prevalence remain the United States (47,313,412), India (34,354,966), Brazil (21,874,324), Britain (9,272,066), Russia (8,755,930), Turkey (8,206,375), France (7,208,937) and Iran (5,980,260).
