"Bayraktar" in the OOS zone: Kuleba responded to the "concerns" of the FRG

Ukraine did not violate anything when using the Bayraktar drone in the OOS area. And our partners should be concerned why the howitzer banned by Minsk was located where it was not supposed to be. This was stated by Foreign Minister of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba, reports Korrespondent.

Thus the Minister responded to the concerns of the German Foreign Ministry about the use of a drone by the AFU.

"First: Ukraine did not violate anything. Second: we adhered to the necessary procedures of communication through the Joint Coordination and Control Center and with the OSCE in order to apply the right to self-defense. Third: if I were my partners, I would be primarily concerned that the howitzer, which is banned under the Minsk Agreements, was located where it should not have been - much closer to the line of separation than the Minsk Agreements allow," Kuleba said at a press conference following talks with Ignazio Cassis, federal adviser, vice president and chairman of the Swiss Confederation's Federal Department of Foreign Affairs.

Kuleba asked why, when a howitzer is brought to the line of demarcation and shelled AFU positions, killing Ukrainian soldiers, "this fact remains without proper assessment."

"We communicate with our German colleagues. We do not doubt that they remain principled supporters of a peaceful settlement and try to help us to stop the Russian aggression against our state, then we are very grateful to them for that. But we are convinced that any assessment should be given with the full context of the situation," the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry said.
