Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew called on the faithful of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (Moscow Patriarchate) to "peaceful coexistence" in the country. He said this during a sermon in St. Sophia Cathedral in Kyiv. The patriarch assured that any doubts about the justice of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine (PCU) will have no reason.
Addressing the faithful the Patriarch said: “As a mother church, we are always ready to listen to problems, dispel doubts, soothe worries, heal the traumas of all our children by the grace of God, but within the sanctified church tradition. We firmly believe that the grace of our Savior Jesus Christ will always be generous to all of us, and we will rejoice in the tangible fruits of the Holy Ghost. ”
