Fighting unfolds in Tatarstan: GUR drones attack airports and military facilities

In the Russian-controlled Republic of Tatarstan, special forces of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine continue to conduct operations to destroy military facilities using drones. This was reported by sources in the GUR.


According to the publication, attack drones have already attacked Kazan and Nizhnekamsk, where a number of strategically important enterprises are located, the production of which is of military use.


Local media report explosions in Nizhnekamsk. Employees are being evacuated from the Nizhnekamsk Thermal Power Plant, Nizhnekamskugol, Orgsintez, Taneko, TAF-NK, Nizhnekamskneftekhim and Nizhnekamskshina.


As a result, both airports in the region - in Kazan and Nizhnekamsk - have suspended their work.
