As a result of the Russian attack on Odesa, administrative buildings, residential buildings, medical and educational institutions were damaged. The attack was carried out with three Iskander-M missiles.
The office of the Ukrainian Parliamentary Commissioner for Human Rights was also damaged. Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets said that there were no employees or applicants in the building.
“But we need time to receive visitors and resume our work. We are already working on eliminating all the consequences of the shelling,” Lubinets said.
The Defense Forces of the South reported that a medical facility was destroyed as a result of the hit. They did not specify which one.
It is worth noting that there is a military hospital half a kilometer away from the ombudsman's office that suffered from the attack. However, it is not specified whether there was a hit there.
The attack was carried out by three ballistic missiles from the territory of Crimea, said Illia Yevlash, a spokesman for the Ukrainian Air Force.
He noted that densely populated areas of the city were under attack. As a result, there are both dead and wounded.
