Ukraine has received complex equipment for the restoration of energy infrastructure from Latvenergo. This was reported by Delfi.


The package includes a 250 MVA TS-250000/330 high-voltage transformer, a GR110 compressed air compressor and 60 tons of transformer oil.


The aid was delivered with the help of the Latvian State Fire and Rescue Service, and the transportation costs were covered by the European Union.


Administrative Director of AS. Latvenergo, Arnis Kurgs, noted that this equipment will be used not only for energy needs, but also for domestic and other purposes, such as water supply and heating of hospitals and schools.
