On April 26, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky appointed Oleksandr Yakovets as head of the administration of the State Special Transport Service. This is stated on the website of the Office of the President of Ukraine.


The source notes that Volodymyr Zelensky issued two decrees: the first dismissing Bohdan Vasyliovych Bondar from the post of head of the State Special Transport Service, and the second appointing Oleksandr Yakovets to his post.


Yakovets previously served as the commander of the Armed Forces Support Forces, but was also dismissed by the third presidential decree.
