One person was killed as a result of a Russian attack on the city of Zmiiv in Kharkiv region on the morning of January 8 - the body of a woman was taken out from under the rubble of a house. This was reported by the State Emergency Service on Telegram.
"At about 10:30 a.m., the State Emergency Service completed search and rescue operations at the site of an enemy missile hit in Zmiiv, Chuhuiv district. From the rubble of a private house, rescuers removed the body of a dead 63-year-old woman," the publication said.
Before that, two men were rescued. The work was carried out with the involvement of 15 rescuers and 3 units of equipment.
Thus, a total of three people died as a result of the missile strike on January 8.
