Israeli tanks are spotted on the outskirts of Gaza City. The armored vehicles cut the key road between the north and south of the enclave. This was reported by The Times of Israel, citing eyewitnesses.
The IDF claims that its forces "continue to expand ground operations in the Gaza Strip, during the night forces eliminated Hamas terrorists, destroyed terrorist infrastructure and military complexes."
Eyewitnesses report seeing tanks in the Zaytun area.
"They have cut the Salah a-Din road and are firing at any vehicle that tries to drive through it," said one of the residents.
Also, a video appeared on the network showing how a car drove up to a tank near Gaza, started to turn around, and while driving away, a cannon was fired at it.
