President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky held a daily conference call, during which he said that Ukraine is preparing for possible strikes by the Russians on the energy sector and will respond to them.
"We are preparing for terrorist attacks on energy infrastructure. This year we will not only defend ourselves but also respond. The enemy is well aware of this. First, they removed the fleet from Crimea, and now they are moving their aircraft further away from our borders," he wrote on Telegram.
At the meeting, the president received reports on the arrival of equipment, ammunition, new contracts and new geography of supplies.
Zelensky also heard information about the frontline. He noted that there were heavy, tight battles in the area of Kupyansk and Avdiivka, but our soldiers were holding their positions.
The Head of State emphasized that Russians were trying to destroy everything they could reach indiscriminately: "Beryslav, Borova. We are eliminating the consequences of shelling, helping people."
