The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleg Synegubov, reports on Telegram that Kupiansk was tunder threat after a midnight drop of a FAB-250 bomb that damaged the city council building.
In the morning, the city faced another shelling that damaged a residential building.
The situation also affected the village of Kondrashivka, located in the Kupyansk district, where a man and a woman were injured as a result of shelling.
