"Social tension is observed and a significant decrease in the number of residents is recorded in the settlements of the occupied part," the message reads.
It is noted that this problem arose due to serious problems in logistical support. There is no supply of food products to local stores, a system for the supply of medicines is not established, and there is also a lack of receiving primary medical care.
"All these base diversions by the occupiers lead to increased morbidity, as a result of mortality and the demographic crisis in particular," the Central Committee added.
The situation in the occupation
Russia is trying to hastily equip the occupation bodies of internal affairs in the captured territories of Ukraine in order to provide police support on the day of the so-called elections on September 10.
Also, in the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region, the Russians search the homes of local people in search of partisans.
And in the temporarily occupied territories of the Zaporizhzhya region, the occupation "administration" through the teachers under their control forces children to write letters to the invaders at the front.
