During the day, the enemy struck more than 30 times with anti-aircraft missiles, in particular on the civilian infrastructure of the city of Kherson. There are victims among the civilian population.
"More than 20 districts of populated areas of Sumy region, Chernihiv region and Kharkiv region were hit by enemy shelling. Among them - Strelecha, Morokhovets, Staritsa, Vovchansk, Vovchanski Khutory, Volohivka, Budarky, Bologivka and Kolodyazne," the press service writes.
The situation in directions
No signs of the formation of offensive groups of the enemy were detected in the Volyn, Poliske, Siversk and Slobozhansk directions. On the Kupyansk and Lymansk directions, the enemy shelled the settlements of Dvorichna, Hryanikyvka, Kotlyarivka, and Berestov in the Kharkiv region; Stelmakhivka, Ivanivka, Nevske, Chervonopivka, Dibrova, Belogorivka in the Luhansk region and Fedorivka in the Donetsk region;
in the Bakhmut direction, 18 settlements were shelled. In particular, Rozdolivka, Vesele, Bakhmut, Stupochki, Klishchiivka, Ozaryanivka and Toretsk of the Donetsk region;
in the Avdiivsk and Shakhtarsk directions, the enemy carried out artillery shelling of the areas of the settlements of Avdiivka, Vodyane, Nevelske, Krasnohorivka, Maryinka, Bogoyavlenka, Velyka Novosilka, Neskuchne, Prechistivka, and Vugledar;
in the Zaporizhzhya direction, Novosilka, Vremivka and Novopil of the Donetsk region and Olhivske, Gulyaipole, Malynivka, Magdalinivka, Pavlivka, Kamianske, Orihiv, Mala Tokmachka - Zaporizhzhya were damaged by fire;
in the Kherson direction, the suburbs and the city of Kherson, as well as the districts of 14 settlements, including Mylovo, Tomarine, Shlyakhovo, Beryslav, Mykolaivka, Vesele, Antonivka, and Veletenske, were affected by enemy artillery fire.
