Rada banned the forced collection of debts for housing and communal services during the war

The Verkhovna Rada forbade for the period of martial law enforcement of decisions on the collection of debts from individuals for housing and communal services.

 

Adoption of the corresponding bill №7531 in the second reading and as a whole supported 312 people's deputies at the plenary session on Wednesday, said a member of the faction "Golos" Yaroslav Zheleznyak in Telegram-channel.

 

This norm of the law applies to services in territorial communities located in areas of military (combat) activities or were in temporary occupation, encirclement (blockade) in accordance with the list approved by the order of the Ministry for the reintegration of the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

 

This also applies to cases where recovery for housing and communal services is carried out in relation to immovable property, which is a place of permanent residence of such individual and was destroyed or damaged as a result of military (combat) activities.
