Russian troops are storming the territory of the Uglegorsk thermal power plant, but to no avail. The Ukrainian Armed Forces forced the occupants to flee. The enemy engaged sabotage and reconnaissance groups to identify firing positions of the defense forces in certain directions.

In the Volyn and Polessk directions no signs of the creation of offensive groups were detected. In the Seversk direction, the enemy continues to conduct aerial reconnaissance using UAVs in the border areas of Chernihiv and Sumy regions.

In the Kharkiv direction, the Russian Federation troops fired barrel and rocket artillery in the areas of Mospanovo, Petrovka, Russkie Tishki, Bazalievka, Pechenegi, Cirkuny, Pitomnik, Dementievka, Korobochkino and Prudyanka settlements.

In the Slavyansk direction, shelling was recorded near Dibrovne, Krasnopolye, Chepil, Adamovka, Grushuvakha and others.

In the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy shelled the areas of Kramatorsk, Seversk, Grigoryevka, Zvonovka and Spornoye with artillery. The enemy is conducting assault actions near Ivano-Daryevka, the fighting continues.

In the Bakhmut direction, the enemy troops are fighting to create conditions for an offensive on Bakhmut and to seize the territory of the Uglegorsk thermal power plant. The shelling of military and civilian infrastructure in the areas of Razdolovka, Bilogorovka, Pokrovskoye, Novaya Kamianka, Bakhmut, Vershina, Novoluganskoye, Zaitsevo, Toretsk and other settlements was recorded.

In Avdiivka, Novopavlovsk and Zaporizhzhya directions the enemy carried out systematic shelling of civilian and military infrastructure in the areas of Veseloe, Umanske, Kurakhovo, Novomikhailovka, Nikolske, Ugledar, Zolotaya Niva, Novopol, Novomayorske, Poltava, Krasnoe, Malaya Tokmachka and conducted air strikes near Krasnogorovka and Sladkoye. Russian Federation troops are improving engineering equipment of defense positions in certain areas.

In the Yuzhnobuzhskoye direction, the enemy concentrated its main efforts on holding the occupied positions. The enemy using tanks, barrel and rocket artillery systematically shelled civilian infrastructure along the line of engagement in the areas of Apostolovo, Nikolayevka, Lepetikha, Krasnaya Dolina, Murakhovka, Blagodatnoye, Pribuzhskoye and Liman.

As a reminder, earlier it was reported that according to the American Institute for the Study of War, Moscow will not give priority to the capture of Sloviansk at the current stage of the war, but will focus on the capture of Seversk and Bakhmut.
