Russian occupants attacked Zmiinyi Island with two missiles. As a result, the pier on the island was significantly damaged.

"At dawn, during an aerial overflight and reconnaissance of Zmiinyi Island, the island was attacked by two airborne missiles. The pier was substantially damaged," the message reads.

Recall, on July 4, on the Zmiinyi Island AFU completed a military operation. On the territory of the island installed the flag of Ukraine.

Earlier it was reported that the Russian occupants left the Zmiinyi Island. After another successful operation of Ukrainian troops, the enemy hastily evacuated the remnants of the garrison, now there is a fire and explosions.

As a result, the Odesa region on June 30, the AFU completely liberated from the Russian occupants. Zmiinyi Island remained the only occupied territory in the region until that day.
